Refund & Warranty Policy – Turritap

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

What you can expect:

  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return
  • Refunds apply only to the product and do not include shipping costs
  • We may delay the refund until we have received the product

Conditions:

  • The product may be tested as you would in a shop
  • The product must be returned complete and in its original packaging
  • Damage caused during installation or resulting from excessive use may be deducted from the refund

 Voluntary 30-Day Trial Period

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Turritap offers a 30-day trial period.

This means:

  • You may use Turritap at home
  • Not satisfied? You can return it within 30 days
  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount

Condition:
The product has not been damaged and has been used normally.

Return postage costs are at your own expense.

Warranty

Ceramic Core of Turritap

We provide a 10-year commercial warranty.

This warranty covers:

  • material and manufacturing defects
  • normal domestic use

Other Components

The other components are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of at least 2 years.

Aerators

  • Manufacturer’s warranty: up to 10 years for material and manufacturing defects
  • In practice, a shorter service life applies under normal use

Turritap follows the supplier’s terms and conditions in this regard.

Rubber Rings and Seals

Rubber rings and seals are considered wear parts. These are subject to:

  • the standard statutory legal guarantee at the time of delivery
  • no extended warranty for normal use and wear

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • normal wear and tear (such as limescale or contamination)
  • improper use or incorrect installation
  • damage caused by modifications or repairs by third parties
  • use outside  normal domestic use
  • improper care (such as using abrasive cleaners)

What do we do if there is a problem?

If a product does not conform to the contract of sale, you are entitled under EU law to one of the following remedies:

  • repair, or
  • replacement, or
  • (partial) refund

This will always be in line with the applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
